Polaris Afterschool Yoga & Craft Camp (May 2024)
We will spend our time moving through yoga poses, playing fun SEL games, creating useful crafts and sharing some reflective time. This series meets once a week for THE FIRST FOUR weeks in MAY.

Meeting Times: Wednesdays MAY from 12:45-3:15 PM (NO CLASS MAY 29TH)
Suggested Price Per Child: $80
Suggested Price Siblings: $70/child
Would you like your child to learn simple relaxation techniques to help calm the body and manage strong feelings? Or practice positive thinking to help gain confidence in their abilities? How about learning physical exercises that increase attention and self control? Or even developing community and experiencing support in a group with opportunities to both lead and follow?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this after-school camp is for your kiddo!! We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through yoga poses, outdoor play, fun social-emotional learning games, sustainable crafts, reading aloud and individually, taking time for a snack, and enjoying a short reflective period.
This is a FOUR week long class that will take place on Wednesdays at Polaris from 12:45 (early release time)- 3:15.…
