Polaris Afterschool Yoga & Craft Camp (March/April)
We will spend our time moving through yoga poses, playing fun SEL games, creating useful crafts and sharing some reflective time. This shorter series meets once a week for three weeks. (Starting right after spring break).

About the Event
Would you like your child to learn simple relaxation techniques to help calm the body and manage strong feelings? Or practice positive thinking to help gain confidence in their abilities? How about learning physical exercises that increase attention and self control? Or even developing community and experiencing support in a group with opportunities to both lead and follow?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this after-school camp is for your kiddo!! We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through yoga poses, outdoor play, fun social-emotional learning games, sustainable crafts, reading aloud and individually, taking time for a snack, and enjoying a short reflective period.
This is a three week long class that will take place on Wednesdays at Polaris from 12:45 (early release time)- 3:15. Camp dates are March 23rd, 30th and April 6th. It is open to 5-12 year olds. Every camp we offe…
