We will spend our time moving through yoga poses, playing fun SEL games, creating useful crafts and sharing some reflective time. This series meets the THREE Wednesdays in March when school is in session!! (No class the week of Spring Break).

Or get to choose from loads of rad craft projects and games to help express themsleves, gain confidence in their abilities, and practice healthy boundary setting? How about learning physical exercises that increase attention, self control, and autonomy?

We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through fun social-emotional learning games, sustainable arts and crafts, yoga poses, reading and being read to, taking time for a snack, and outdoor time.
