Or get to choose from loads of rad craft projects and games to help express themsleves, gain confidence in their abilities, and practice healthy boundary setting? How about learning physical exercises that increase attention, self control, and autonomy?

We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through fun social-emotional learning games, sustainable arts and crafts, yoga poses, reading and being read to, taking time for a snack, and outdoor time.
