We will spend our time creating sustainable crafts, playing fun social-emotional learning games, moving through yoga poses, sharing a snack, and enjoying some reflective/free play time. This class series meets all three Mondays in December (before the holiday break).

Would you like your child to learn simple relaxation techniques to help calm their nervous system and manage strong feelings? Or practice positive thinking to help gain confidence in their abilities and practice healthy boundary setting? How about learning physical exercises that increase attention, self control, and autonomy?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this after-school camp is for your kiddo!! We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through fun social-emotional learning games, sustainable arts and crafts, yoga poses, reading and being read to, taking time for a snack, and possible outdoor time. Our goal is to move our bodies, explore our feelings and the world around us, observe and be a part of community building, with opportunities to both lead and follow, and to just have FUN.…
