We will spend our time creating sustainable crafts, playing fun social-emotional learning games, moving through yoga poses, sharing a snack, and enjoying some reflective/free play time. This class series meets all FOUR Tuesdays in January.

Meeting Time: Tuesdays in January 3:03- 5 PMÂ (NOTE- THIS IS 30 MINUTES LONGER THAN THE FREE TRIAL CLASS!)

Or practice positive thinking to help gain confidence in their abilities and practice healthy boundary setting? How about learning physical exercises that increase attention, self control, and autonomy?

We will be utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga through fun social-emotional learning games, sustainable arts and crafts, yoga poses, reading and being read to, taking time for a snack, and possible outdoor time.
